Phew! We went live!

Well, we sent out our first live Facebook service tonight. Thanks to Ian who filmed it and to Jaimane and her father who provided the music. They really got the beat going to What a Friend we have in Jesus!

In the service we quoted from St. Francis de Sales. I thought it would be worth printing his words here:

“Do not look forward to tomorrow, or to what tomorrow will bring.

The same God who cares for you today will care for you tomorrow, and every day.

Either God will shield you from all harm, or God will grant you unfailing strength to bear it.

Be at peace then, and put away all anxious thoughts and imaginings.”
