Today we join with many of Elsie's  friends to celebrate the life of this long time parishioner. St. Oswald's was very important to Elsie. She began attending as a baby on Christmas Day, 1928 and was one of the leaders in pushing to get our Parish Hall built. From Christmas Corners, church chickens, garage sales and recycling, Elsie was relentless in her efforts to fund the new hall. I doubt even St. Peter himself would have been able to resist her pressure to 'take a book of rafle tickets'!

She is sorely missed.
